My work combines movement-informed regulation with focused coaching.
The movement element is informed by my training as a qualified Pilates instructor. This is not fitness work. It is used to help people settle physically, reduce tension and stabilise their internal pace.
Once the body has steadied, I use NLP-based coaching to work with decision-making, communication patterns and habitual responses under pressure.
This structure allows coaching to happen from a clearer, more grounded state — so insights translate into action rather than staying theoretical.
